Privacy Policy & GDPR
Last updated: July 2026
This page explains what personal information Schumacher & Kaufmann FZ-LLC ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep it short on purpose. If anything is unclear, write to us at info@schumacherkaufmann.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us through the enquiry forms on this site (name, email, company, message).
- Basic email correspondence when you write to us directly.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider, such as anonymised IP address and browser type.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Why we hold it
We use the information you send us only to reply to your enquiry, to run a client engagement you have asked us to work on, or to meet our legal and accounting obligations. That is it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months. Records tied to a client engagement are kept for as long as we are required to under UAE and applicable international law, usually seven years, and then deleted.
Your rights
Under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong.
- Delete your information, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Stop using it for a particular purpose.
- Send you a copy in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@schumacherkaufmann.com and we will respond within thirty days.
